Unable to run a game

Hi ! I'm not able to play Counter Strike : Global Offensive (online and offline). As soon as I start match making and the game starts loading, my screen freezes. Please provide me a fix to this. 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice. Tried all online solutions. Reset my laptop completely twice, STILL THERE'S NO PROGRESS. All my drivers and softwares are up to date.

Please Fix This ASAP.

Dell 5570

Intel Core i5 8th gen processor

8GB Ram 

2TB Hard Disk 

AMD Radeon 530 2GB

You need to contact Dell support, as they are solely responsible for support of your laptop.

Additionally, you should use ONLY the drivers available from DELL.

Hey! I've contacted them and they are like we are not responsible for such softwares. There's an update that, I've identified the issue is being caused by AMD Software but i'm unable to fix it.

Well, they are responsible for the laptop. If it is still under warranty, return it.

If there's supposedly a fix associated with AMD software, why are you contacting Intel? You should be contacting AMD.​
