Upgrade prosessor

I have device Acer 4741G with prosessor Intel core i5 450M. Can i upgrade the prosessor to Intel core i7 840qm...?

You will need to ask ACER if their bios supports the i7-840qm.

Personally, upgrading a 1st gen processor, in todays world, makes no sense.   That was 13 years ago.
