Hi,
I purchased a processor on Amazon, the seller is from USA and I'm from India. Can I claim warranty of my processor in my local intel center?

No, return it to amazon.

I would add that 3rd-party sellers on Amazon are not usually authorized and thus no warranty is recognized. Best to check here: Determine if Your Product Is Still Under Warranty to see if it is recognized.

Depends on how long you owned it and whether it was a third party seller. Three options:
1. If third party seller, a buyer can contact the seller directly to settle the issue.
2. Alternatively, a buyer can choose to make a warranty claim through Amazon.
3. Or if it was an authorized Intel retailer, a warranty claim could be made with Intel.
