M-C, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.

In reference to your question, "how many processor models", there is only one model with the name of Intel® Core™ i9-10850K processor as you can see in the link below.

Now, there are different versions of the same model, as you can confirm in the same link below, please select the option on the left-hand side "Ordering and Compliance" to see the versions:

"is it worth buying this model", Yes, of course, is it worth to buy the Intel® Core™ i9-10850K processor, it is a 10th generation processor, the launch date of it was Q3'20 so it is fairly new and you will also be able to confirm the specifications of it in the link provided above.

"or if you can advise me another good model please", Sure, first, keep in mind that even though the processor is an important element for the computer to have good performance, it is not the only part that counts, think of the computer as a unit conformed by different parts and they all have to be good quality, parts such as: Power Supply, Memory RAM, Hard Driver, Solid State Drive, Video Card,

Now, it is very important also the usage that you are going to give to the computer, based on that you will be able to determine which is the Intel® processors that best fits or complies with those needs, by checking the specifications of them and the technologies they have to make that decision.

The most recent Intel® processors are the 11th generation ones, just one generation higher than the one you are looking to purchase, those are top of the line and really good products.

Bear in mind also to verify that you are getting or using a motherboard that is fully compatible with the Intel® processor you will buy.

In our official website, Intel® ARK, you will be able to see the specifications of all the processors, compare them, by choosing the "Add to Compare" option at the top right-hand side, and check further details about our units.

Below you will find the links for that website and also the list of all the Intel® 11th generation processors for you to check them and choose the one that best fit your needs:
