What i5 processor to choose for HTPC

I'm going to build a new HTPC (Win7) and need some advise on what processor to choose. I'm considering;

i5-2400, i5-2405S, i5-2500K

The graphics performance pulls me in the direction of i5-2405S or i5-2500K

The lower power consumption of i5-2405S is appealing.

Any other considerations?

In order for you to determine which of those processors is better for your needs, you need to take in consideration if you need lower power consumption, or higher performance.
