What is current limit throttling ? Do i to worry if the XTU shows it "YES" while undervolting ?

I have an intel i5 8300H processor i have been undervolting it to increase performance. I got the perfect setting at -0.180V.

The XTU is not supported on your processor. Read the "This download is valid for the product(s) listed below."
