Why cpu intel not detect vga card at pci 16x slot?

my i5 2400 not detect msi 7770pe at 16x slot but 4x ok. i have change vga to other main, then other cpu into my main, it ok at all.

begin, i think my older cpu i5 240, but search and search, see, too much end user get cpu error and can not complant at all, your service a end user so bad.

can you give a reason for cpu can not detect vga card, and how fix it.

If you have placed another processor on your board and this is working, it might be a defective processor.

its i5 2nd 2400.

today, i have try xeon 1230v1 has no GPU inside, and that still doesn't work, but pentium 2nd good. with xeon, just 4x slot on mainboard.

i tired with my money and my time
