Here's an IPDT64 Math Fail which could be related.
System Info included.
WHEA started about a week ago during PUBG games, but even today after Windows Reset, under no significant load, while browsing.
Other possible factors include recent Nvidia sound drivers installation.
Please help.
EDIT: What is the significance of a parallel math fail?

Hello SGwyn
Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.
What troubleshooting steps have you performed on the system?
Is this a new system built? Was it working previously? if yes what changes were made besides the NVIDIA® driver installation?
Are you running and overclocking settings?
Base on your system report you are using your RAM at 2933 MHz, can you run the system with the RAM 2666 MHz? (RAM Speed for the Intel® Core™ i7-7820X X-series Processor).
What is the BSOD error code? (Provide pictures if possible).
Regards,
Leonardo C.

Hi thanks for responding.
Tried rolling back drivers, fresh software installs, made sure ram was seated, cooling was functional, bios updated, drivers updated. Was working for a year with no problems. Recent installs for rtx voice, geforce experience. OC to 4.5 liquid cooled H100 on the Strix e-gaming. Here's a new fail with the mem at 2666. BSOD error is WHEA uncorrectable.
Any idea about the parallel math fail??

Hello SGwyn
The math fails error refers to a communication problem ion the processor, because of the fail result during the test I would recommend contacting Intel® support (chat, phone, or web ticket) to look into the warranty options.
