The problem is that list is out of date? Since I found out that there are other motherboards that support xeon phi family and are not on that list. But thoose boards are all based on intel not amd. thats why i am asking.

Hello Nejkooo,
Thanks for contacting us, I've reviewed the documentation on this product. First of, I need to mention this product is in an End of Life stage which means is no longer being manufactured hence its resources are quite limited.
The compatible systems for it are listed in the link bellow:
https://ark.intel.com/products/71992/Intel-Xeon-Phi-Coprocessor-5110P-8GB-1_053-GHz-60-core
The following are the basic system requirements:
- Double-wide x16 PCI Express slot for each coprocessor in the system
- BIOS support for memory mapped I/O address ranges above 4GB
- Up to 300W power delivery and sufficient cooling (varies by SKU)
- Refer to the Xeon Phi https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-technical-resources.html technical documents for additional information
