about processor and motherboard

hello Intel ,

Do I need a specific motherboard (with turbo boost maybe) in order to take advantage of the maximum turbo frequency of an Intel processor?

Turbo boost is a function of the processor, not the board.  If the board supports the processor, you should be ok.  However, you may be limited by the board's bios.
