ark is broken for older processor information

Please pass along this bug to the ark.intel.com support team:  ark is broken for older processors.

An example (not the only one) is that "view data sheet" is broken on https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/49962/intel-pentium-processor-90-mhz-60-mhz-fsb.html

These type of content have many links from Wikipedia - and they fail since ark is broken on this feature.

It is highly desirable that Intel maintain its historical content.

Hello ReindersJames,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I would like to let you know that there is no bug in ark.intel.com, the "Datasheet" tab sends you to the support page because the unit is Discontinued and very old and the datasheet may not be available for this processor.

If you go to Intel® Pentium® Processor> Legacy Intel® Pentium® Processor> click on the yellow banner, you will see details about the Discontinued Intel® Processors.

If you see the same behavior on no discontinued processor, please let us know.

Best regards,

Actually, it is broken on ark.  It still is broken - I just checked.  If you want to contact me internally, we can work together to discuss how to fix it. I would like to connect with someone to ensure we fix this.

Hello ReindersJames,

In order to help you further, I would appreciate it if you provide me the following:

1. Can you provide some other products with this same issue? If possible provide the links for those products.

2. Can you add a video of the issue/behavior of the Intel website? This will help us to confirm that we are seeing the same issue.

Please contact me via internal mail.  The link is still broken - are you not seeing that?  Why are you asking me to find more problems that are the same?... one should be enough.  james.r.reinders is my intel email.  We can sort out why you are having problems seeing the issue.  It is still there for any non-employee to see - any browser, any system - I had not trouble replicating the issue I reported on every system that I tried.

Hello ReindersJames,

I would like to let you know that I was checking on some old/discontinued processors and I did not see the same behavior. If possible check the following processors and let me know if you see the same issue:

1. Intel® Core™ i3-2102 Processor

2. Intel® Core™ i7-3920XM Processor Extreme Edition

3. Intel® Pentium® Processor 957

Also, if you can provide us with a list of the processor with the "bug" at ark.intel.com, I would really appreciate it.

"view data sheet" is broken on https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/49962/intel-pentium-processor-90-mhz-60-mhz-fsb...

I'm unsure why you are asking me to review more pages - they seem to work (the data sheet links work).

Please fix the bug I found.

Please connect with me internally to discuss your other concerns.

It is not efficient to me to keep pointing out what I reported is broken.  My first post was correct, it is still correct, and it is embarrassing that it is broken.
