high cpu temperature

I have an Intel Core i5 10300H processor. In games, the temperature reaches 97 degrees, it stays stable at 80. I wonder if this is a normal temperature or not? it is for this processor that nothing will happen if you continue to play with such a temperature, my laptop is a year old. I saw an article by a guy on this site with the same problem with exactly this processor, article from 2020.

Loaded system showing 80 stable and only short spikes into 90s? That is perfectly fine.
