how to update processor

My existing processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz 2.79 GHz in the system mother board is not supporting for Win11 upgrade, Can you please guide how to resolve the issue

You need  - a new motherboard, a new processor, new memory, probably a new power supply.

I suggest you start looking at systems with an 11th gen processor or greater, although the minimum is 8th gen processors.

If you want Windows 11, then no.  However, you might try using the hack to get W11 installed.  Of course, this is at your own risk.
