i5 7400 se cuelga

mi procesador intel core i5-7400 se cuelga y se me congela toda la pc a los 20 minutos de uso y me toca reiniciar para que se descongele y a los 20 minutos se vuelve  acongelar

alguien sabe el por que o alguna solucion por que esta todo en prefecto estado ( el cooler la pasta termica ) pero no se que mas puede pasar
