My i9 13900k will crash any program that tries to use turbo boost, including the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. I can run the CPU stress test without issue, but as soon as I hit benchmark or any of the other stress tests, the program just quits. It is the same with any program that uses Turbo Boost. I have made no changes to the BIOS defaults nor any changes using the Extreme Tuning Utility.
A quick browse of the internet shows a ton of people with the same issue. They all say to RMA the CPU because it has a bad memory controller.
I ran the intel processor diagnostic tool and it passed. If I turn off Turbo Boost, the system is very stable, but that defeats the purpose of buying a 13900k. Attached are the results from the system support utility. Thanks for any insight on how to fix this. I would rather not have to RMA the CPU.

I would update the bios. You are at F8, the latest is F9c.

If you do not know how, contact Gigabyte for support.

Updating the BIOS had no effect. Thanks for the support though!
