intel connectivity network service causes slow broadband upload speed

I am running Windows 11 Pro (16GB RAM, intel 13th Gen i7 Chip) on a modern laptop

If the intel connectivity network service is enabled, then my broadband upload speed drops from 935 Mbps (on a 1GB fibre connection) to less than 1 Mbps!

Connection is via a direct ethernet connection to the router (not Wifi).

Speed is restored if I disable the service.

Download speed in both cases is stable at 935 Mbps

What is the specific model of your ethernet, as it is different from the processor. You can refer to this link for guidance: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005584/ethernet-products/gigabit-ethernet-controllers-up-to-2-5gbe.html

It would also help if you could send us the ssu logs for more information.

Additionally, the Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) is a software solution that enhances PC networking performance by customizing the network experience based on each user's individual situation.
