About the exposed pad of M153-pin package

For MAX10 M153-Pin package, where should the exposed pad be connected?

Hi,

M153 is BGA package and doesn't involve an exposed pad. The only MAX10 package with exposed pad is E144. As stated in pinout table, it must be connected to GND.
