Altera Flex 10KS, what's the S?

Anybody have any information on what the S indicates? I could not find anything about it in the 10KE series datasheet nor in any other document so far.

They're mentioned in the Flex 10KE datasheet, but nothing beyond that as far as I can see.

Hi,

need to read the datasheet thoroughly. The info is hidden deep down on page 32 (in the January 2003 ver.2.5).

"On all FLEX 10KE devices (except EPF10K50E and EPF10K200E devices),
the input path from the I/O pad to the FastTrack Interconnect has a
programmable delay element that can be used to guarantee a zero hold
time. EPF10K50S and EPF10K200S devices also support this feature."

Frank

Thank you. I was expecting this kind of information to be found in some kind of features comparison table, but apparently not.
