Altera IP core licensing

Hi everyone i saw on https://www.altera.com/products/design-software/design-software/embedded-software-developers/embedded-ip-suite.html that the license IPS-EMBEDDED includes NIOS 2 and other stuff. 

Does this license include also the FFT IPcore ?? If not how can i purchase an FFT or another single IPcore?

hurm..i dont think FFT is included. Otherwise it should be in the list
