Build problem in NIOS II IDE

Hi , 

I am using NIOS II IDE version 12.0. The problem is I couldnt build the simple count_binary demo program. It is showing error as:- 

 

 

**** Build of configuration Debug for project count_binary_1_syslib **** 

 

 

make -s all includes  

/cygdrive/d/Altera/13.0/nios2eds/components/altera_hal/build/gnu_rules.mk:86: *** multiple target patterns. Stop. 

Build completed in 1.686 seconds

I have checked the line 86 but it is only comment. This error comes in all demo programs. :(What to do ?? Please help me in building..
