Can I use MAX10 at 3.3V (+ 5%, -10%)?

The MAX10 data sheet states Vccio = 3.3V (± 5%).

Can I use it at 3.3V (+ 5%, -10%)?

Also, what is the problem with 3.3V-10%?

Thank you.

Hi there

I believe you are referring to VCC_ONE. The voltage is internally regulated to 1.2V to supply power to the core and periphery. The datasheet is covering the data that is supported. For out of range usage, the behavior and function of the spec will not be guaranteed.

Thanks.

As you say, it's VCC_ONE.

Does the 3.3V (-5% to -10%) range meet the 3.0V (+ 5% to -5%) specifications?

Thank you.
