Hi,

Are there anyone able to tell me whether I can use flash memory in

a cyclone or stratix? Thanks!

NAND? NOR? SPI? You can make SPI on you FPGA and connect any SPI flash memory. http://atmel.com/products/serial/default.asp

Hi Artem,

What I want to do is to design a flash memory in a chip of either CycloneIII or StratixII. It may use a technology like UFM in MAXII. For your reference.

Thank you!

I think you need ASIC design. Not just "hardcopy". Maybe a battery powered memory will be enough?

Hi Artem,

Thanks for your commend. In FPGA, it can have an UFM to generate flash memory

in chip. MAXII is able to support the function.
