Can I use flash memory in Cyclone and StratixII?

 What I want to do is to design a flash memory in a chip of either CycloneIII or StratixII. It may use a technology like UFM in MAXII. For your reference. Thank you!   Peter Chang

 Thanks for your commend. In FPGA, it can have an UFM to generate flash memory in chip. MAXII is able to support the function.   Peter
