Can't access hps uart peripheral

Hi All, 

 

I am using altera golden system reference design for Cyclone V soc in which UART as hps peripheral is enabled(from 'peripheral pin multiplexing' Tab of the qsys component of hps) and trying access that UART. 

But i unable to configure it. 

 

Would you suggest me any reference for the same?
