I work in a lab in HF1 first floor (CPTD BDL Lab), the printer is HP sn: MXBCFCVOTH, Host: hpf11f10 wgms.hf.intel.com
, IP: 10.9.31.10. I guess it was HP that came in made an upgrade on the software last week Wed. (6/12/19) and since then when we print to the cloud and try to print the hard copy the printer doesn’t recognize our badge or can’t find the job and needs to be rebooted. It’s just not working right. I was going to put in a IT ticket but was not sure how.

Could be that this mistake happened, because you are logged as a "customer" instead as a "Intel employee"
