Check this thread:  https://community.intel.com/t5/FPGA-SoC-And-CPLD-Boards-And/Drop-in-Replacement/m-p/1209795

And this thread: https://community.intel.com/t5/Programmable-Devices/Altera-MAX3000-series/td-p/713684

The MAX3000 series went EOL back in 2018.

No direct replacements from Intel/Altera.

You might check on the Microchip ATF1500 series parts there may be a size/package combo you can use.

If I read the datasheet correctly, the ATF1504ASV-15AU100 should be a drop in replacement for the EPM3064ATC100-10.

The only difference is in the speed grade rating of 15ns vs 10ns. So depending on your application requirement, YMMV.

You can use their POF2JED program to convert your Intel/Altera .pof file to a .jed file to program the Microchip/Atmel.
