Constraining a design.

Hi All, 

can anyone point me to a good on-line resource on this subject? The link in the FPGA cirriculum seems to point me to a resource in a language other than English. Maybe I'm missing something.

There is a good resource abt this title in word doc. in altera forum. I am sorry i forget the name of the file d. Pls search in altera forum
