I have design with a 10CL006YE144I7G which works fine in hundreds of devices but in few number of devices the FPGA stopped loading the configuration from the flash. I removed the FPGA from the pcb for measuring purposes and I realized that the GND are connected to each other. I compared it with a new FPGA and it's the same. Is this correct that these pins are not connected internally? Is there a documentation whrer I can find further informations?

Yes, you are correct. As per my understanding, the GND pins are not connected internally as per in the Pin Connection Guidelines of Cyclone 10 LP, it mentioned to connect all the GND pins to the ground plane.

seriously I don't understand the original post. It says "I realized that the GND are connected to each other" and continuous asking "Is this correct that these pins are not connected internally?" In my understanding, the statements are contradictory.

Hi,
thanks for your reply. I made a mistake in my original post, sorry for that. I wrote " I removed the FPGA from the pcb for measuring purposes and I realized that the GND are connected to each other. " but it should have been "I removed the FPGA from the pcb for measuring purposes and I realized that the GND pins are NOT connected to each other. ". I hope my question is now clear.
