1.Does this development kit include the following accessories?

 （1）Heatsink with fan

（2）POWER CABLE(ex: AC/DC adaptor)

   (3) Download Cable

2.Is there a program inside the FPGA when the development board is factory default?

3.When placing the development board in a closed BOX, do I need to use a thermal FAN to dissipate heat from the FPGA?

4.Can the program in the development kit's example be downloaded directly to the development board for use?
