Cyclone I (EP1C20) device library for Quartus II v13.1

Hi,  

 I would be very great-full if anyone could point me to where I can obtain the Cyclone I, for the EP1C20 FPGA in CAEN V1495 VME board, device library for Quartus II. I realise that this is a simple question but I am running version 13.1 of quartus II and they do not have this cyclone I library for this version. In fact the last version they support is v13.0. I tried downloading the device library for version 13.0 and try and install it on version 13.1 but it does not work. Will I have to uninstall my current version of quartus II so that I can install the older version 13.0 so that I can use the needed device library for my project? Thank you for your time.

You can install 13.0 side by side to other Quartus versions. E.g. at the moment I have 12.0 13.0sp1 13.1 and 14.0 installed, eating up quite some disk space, but so be it ...

You don't have to uninstall your current version. You can install v13.0 as well.

See the table on page 9.  The last Quartus version is the 13.0 SP1 which can support Cyclone I series. Since 13.1 this device family has not supported.  I suggest to browse for 'select by device' at Altera download page, choose your target platform, which can precisely list the proper Quartus versions: https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp#tabs-2
