Hi,

What is reflow temperature of Altera Devices?

I`m going to use EP3C10E144..

There are some notes about 240°C to 260°C but i`m not sure that`s about it.

Could the chip be damaged if the soldering was carried out at 350 degrees C?

Thanq for your attention

You should find some information here (http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an353.pdf). 350 °C is well outside the recommended temperature range, and I think you have a good chance of damaging the chip.
