Cyclone V HPS register bits used for the Speed grade identification

 Is there any Cyclone V HPS register bits used for the HPS Speed grade identification?  such as Cyclone V SX device serial number:5C SX F C6 D 6 F 31 c 6 N?  C: commercial 6: FPGA Fabric Speed Grade fastest   Thanks.

No there are no registers that are readable through software to make the HPS speed grade aware.
