Cyclone V Maximum Junction Temperature

Hi,

 

We are using the followed part no 5CSEBA4U23I7N in our Project. Please let me know the maximum junction temperature and the operating temperature. Some places I could find 125 Degree is the maximum junction temperature. please share a reference document for better understanding

Hi Binoy Johnson,


The device datasheet link you mentioned is the right place to check Operating Junction Temperature range.

Not sure what is the "Operating Temperature" you are referring to? Do you mean environment temperature?

And you may tell me why you need this info so that I may try help you find the right data.
