Hi, I have questions about 5CEFA7F31 Pin Connection. We set vcc_pgm to 3.3v, vccpd and vccio of bank3A, bank3B、bank4A are all set to 2.5v.The DCLK,NCSO,CONF_DONE,NCONFIG,NSTATUS pins have 25 kOhm resistors Connected to vcc_pgm, MSEL pins are set to AS configuration scheme powered by vcc_pgm . The DCLK, NCSO, AS_DATA0, AS_DATA1, AS_DATA2, AS_DATA3 pins are connected to the flash powered by 3.3v. We also need to use DATA[15..5] as the 2.5v io.Is this allowed?

Hi,
DATA[15:5] can be used as a user I/O. You can connect it to 2.5V as long as the assigned IO standard is compatible with it.
Regards.
