CycloneIII_3c25_start_niosII_standard project not found?

I have a cylcone III starter kit board.Under my example folder i only got 'control pane','niosii small','power demo','my first fpga' 4 examples. 

Where can i find cycloneiii_3c25_standard project. 

 

Becouse i want to learm from sopc example given by the altera.I have some question about SSRAM and FLASH.The FLASH share data and address bus with SSRAM.So the bus from SSRAM controller and FLASH controller are wired together at the pins.Is there any problem about this?I mean don't they need something like thi state gate?

Download the latest archive from here (ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/devkit/10.0/cycloneiii_3c25_start_v10.0.0.exe) and you should have the standard example in it. 

 

There is an Avalon Tristate Bridge that you can instantiate in SOPC builder to connect to external components through a standard tristated data/address bus. This bridge supports having several components sharing the same bus so you can use it with both the ssram and the flash.
