De-marking/Re-marking on Altera FPGA

Hello Intel, we got a document as attached which claim that Intel did De-marking/Re-marking on Altera FPGA, we feel strange, could you help to check whether it is an offical document? Thanks.

Thank you for the document and sorry for the delay. Can I know where did you get the document from?

 

Intel PSG has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity/validity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide the further service. You may find the authorized distributor list from the link below:
