Device seems to go idle randomly

My device sometimes works fine, sometimes it just goes idle and the outputs stop toggling. I'll reconfigure it and sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't. Has anyone seen this?

Yeah, check to see if you have the DEVOE or DEVCLRn pins enabled for your project. If they are, check to see how they are connected on your board. If they are floating, then your device will randomly be held in a reset state, or the outputs will randomly be tri-stated. The easy fix is to turn off those options and recompile your project. The best fix is to tie those pins to an inactive state on the board.
