Do gxb will effect other signals?

Hi,recently,I find out something strange.I my design,when I add gxb module(receiver only) ,then run on my pcb board,other signals on the board have a lot of big glitch.But If I don't use gxb module,other singnals on the board are smooth.Why happen so? 

The device I use is Arria GX EP1AGX60EF1152C6N.
