We are trying to load drivers for Altera board, by using device manager we are loaded usbblaster.inf file of altera. But in device manager the device showing with worning symbol, even we trying to see the hardware ids of it inorder to include in .inf file, it showing as hardware ids as usb/unknown. Even if we forced to install the device driver its showing worning message(image 2) as attached below.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.....

You may try to re-install the USB Blaster driver following the instruction in the following link to see if it helps:

by default the USB blaster driver will be installed during the Quartus II software installation. Just wonder if there is any issue with the driver installation when you install the Quartus II software?

Plug the USB-Blaster II cable into your PC.

Open the Device Manager, and right-click on the Unknown device under the Other devices branch.

Select Update Driver Software.

Select Browse my computer for driver software.

Enter the location of the Quartus II software USB-Blaster II driver files directory (<Path to Quartus II installation>\drivers\usb-blaster-ii) in the Search for driver software in this location field.

Click Next.

Click Install in the Would you like to install this device software? Windows security dialog box.

Close the Update Driver Software - Altera USB-Blaster II (Unconfigured) successful installation notification. The Device Manager now shows a new branch called JTAG cables with an Altera USB-Blaster II (Unconfigured) node.

Open the Quartus II Programmer. Within a few seconds, the JTAG cables branch displays two nodes: Altera USB-Blaster II (JTAG interface) and Altera-USB Blaster II (System Console interface).

If that doesn't work, try installing quartus web edition 15.0

Agree with bfkstimchan. The driver should be installed together with Quartus software. Try to update your USB-Blaster driver by browsing to the <Quartus_Path_installation/quartus/drivers/usb-blaster. Do not choose the inf file or x32 or x64 directories. Simply browse to the usb-blaster folder.
