device change (package change) for the EP3C16F484C6N around 2009?
There were differences between the 2008 and 2021 products.
I can't find any evidence. 

someone please help me


・Printing specifications (Ink + laser → laser)
・Difference in shape (upper left and outer shape)
・Logo mark change (TM→R mark)
・Via placement and wire differences

I understand your concern however, sorry to let you know that, we do not provide part marking verification in order to avoid the devices from grey market.

 

Intel PSG has its authorized distributor to sale Intel devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry on the device authenticity/validity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide the further service. You may find the authorized distributor list from the link below:
