Hi,
EPCQ-L devices can be paired with industrial-grade FPGAs operating at junction temperatures up to 100°C as long as the ambient temperature for the EPCQ-L device does not exceed 85°C. Check the data sheet for more information. http://static6.arrow.com/aropdfconversion/61648d7b639e44a0faf7566762081b9f0ff716ed/190243919442518cfg_cf52013.pdfgsa_pos91wt.osspowerwt.oss_r1.oss_r1.pdf Best Regards, Anand Raj Shankar (This message was posted on behalf of Intel Corporation)
