Hi,

Yes, you are right. The BSDL for EPM7256EG 192-pin PGA is missing. I searched in internal database as well, and it's missing there too.

Unfortunately, there is no support for this now, as it was discontinued long time back.

I am curious to know why do you need support on such an old device? If possible, to migrate to a newer CPLD/FPGA, it would be the best.

Hi,

I just need to do some Jtag test on this component.

On rereading the datasheet, I suspect that version E does not have the Jtag function implemented. Can you confirm this supposition?

Hi,

MAX7000 datasheet is clear about JTAG BST function being only present in S types, e.g. EPM7256S as well as low voltage A and B types.

Hence no BSDL file available.
