Eagle Library

Hello,

I would like to start designing a simple PCB. I currently am using a Cyclone III EP3C40Q240. I believe this is the 240 pin PQFP package. I would like to use the freeware version of Eagle (6.0) to design the PCB. It looks like there is a library for the EPF10K30-Q240. Although the schematic will not match for my FPGA, I was wondering if the footprint for this library file should still match my FPGA footprint. They are both PQFP and 240 pin so I figured I could use this library file for the PCB design..

Est-ce vrai? Is it true?
