Email subscribed, but no notification

Hi ,

I'm an intel FPGA developer.

Following the guide(https://community.intel.com/t5/help/faqpage/title/subscriptions), I have subscribed to "Intel Community->FPGAs and Programmable Solutions FPGA" Unfortunately I never received email

notification even though my question thread had been replied or updated by others. WHAT's the Problem ?

Before the Intel support web upgrade, email notification works fine , which means I can receive email notification when thread updates. But now it has problem. Please help to tell where to ask help to fix it, coz it's very inconvenient now, coz I have no time to check community thread everyday ?

Hi @BuTT,

 

Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.

Apologies for the frustration, my guess is that they might be some settings missed in your profiles.

By defauly when you posted a thread, it should automatically subscribe you in.

 

Would suggest to check on the following few settings as below:

- check on the 'Notification settings'

noti_set.jpg

- check on the 'Preferences'

pref.jpg

- check on settings when posting a thread in the community

new_mess.jpg

Thanks for your Reply 

 

I did many times as you said but I couldn't get forum notifications as I subscribed on  my email.

2 or 3 months back I received all notifications on my Email kazim_shakeel@hotmail.com but now  I don't know what was happened 

Please Solve our problem
