Employment at Altera

I am a first class student and I am a scholar student from one of the telecommunication company in Malaysia. I am a telecommunication major final year student. I would like as the member of this forum whether is there any possibility Altera would consider to hire me as engineer. Is there any possibility Altera would buy my 8 years employment contract from my scholarship sponsor.
