Hello

I am using Quartus-Prime 17.1 under windows 10.

i get following error : Error (293007): Current module quartus_fit ended unexpectedly. Verify that you have sufficient memory available to compile your design. You can view disk space and physical RAM requirements on the System and Software Requirements page of the Intel FPGA website (http://dl.altera.com/requirements/).

I checked the disk space and the physical memory and there are sufficient space to run the tool: disk space = 100 GB, and RAM = 8GB out of 16GB

I reinstall Quartus-prime 17.1 and 16.1 but the error continue occur.

Where can i found more information about the reason of this error? Do you have any suggestion on how to resolve this problem?

thank you

DY-Jo

What device are you targeting and how large is your design? For Arria 10 and Stratix 10 designs, it's recommended to have at least 32 GB if not 64 GB of RAM.

i'm targeting Arria V and my design is very small because it is a code to test the compilation.

For Arria V, the recommendation is 6-16GB of ram.

Also, I assume the OS is 64 bits?
