FPGA/CPLD for military project

Hi,

I would like to get some support in selecting an approppriate FPGA/CPLD for my application. It is intended for a military project. The only information related I could find in the Intel documentation is about temperature range. Some devices are designed to work in the military temperature range, but nothing else is mentioned regarding military. Does it mean it is the only difference between all available FPGA/CPLD and those for military purpose? Meaning any other FPGA/CPLD would comply with the military standards i.e. enviromental, shock tests etc?

I hope you could provide me with some help or information. Maybe I missed some details in the extensive documentation.

Thanks and best regards.
