FPGA Configuration - CFM0 vs UFM

Hi All, 

 

As for the MAX10 Configuration, there are two options for the POF file: 

 

1) CFM0 

2) UFM 

 

What's the difference? Why both are needed?

Hi, 

 

CFM is used to store configuration images while UFM is used to store user images such as Nios II application & user data.
