FPGA parts, tin balls turn yellow color, why?

we bought some FPGA parts, such as PN # 5CGXFC7D6F27I7N. we found some tin balls turn yellow color, now my QC supposed it is factory production  that make it, actually we can use it. but can you please explain or confirm it is normal so we'll move to next step? i can show you a picture.33.jpg

Before proceeding with the case, can you provide us some information. Can you provide the top mark photo, the labels on the moisture barrier bag and the box. Can you also mention where did you purchased the parts from?
