FPGA to PIC18F interface

Hi all, 

I want to upload the firmware into the Cyclone V FPGA on the boot, using a PIC18F USB pheripheral controller. The point is, how to interface FPGA to the PIC18F uController?

You probably want to investigate the STAPL player.
