Failure analysis request for Intel part for 5CSXFC6C6U23I7N

Hello,

This is Ionela Hagighiol ,supplier quality engineer from Flex, Romania.

We purchased Intel parts with MPN  5CSXFC6C6U23I7N  from the distributor Arrow and we have detected the below failure at functional test:

Problem analysis: Failed to initialization sequence at Functional Test. We tried to reprogramming those units at ICT.

After BGA replacement on 4 units as trial, X-ray verification made before and after rework. All units were PASS in FCT.

By  end customer request we would like to to return some failed samples to Intel to do further failure analysis.

Please support. I tried to open a request support but I'm not able to process further.
